The Team page is where admins see everyone in the organization: who they are, what they can change, what they spent, and which shared projects they can reach.
Inviting people
Admins invite people from the Team page by entering an email address, a role, and optional initial access, then selecting Send invitation. Para emails a secure invitation link to the recipient; you can also copy the link. Invitations expire after 48 hours or when canceled.
Roles
| Role | Can do |
|---|---|
| Member | Use Para, manage their own connections and files. |
| Admin | Everything a member can, plus full access to all organization team projects, invite people, manage groups, and change billing. |
| Owner | Manage the organization with full administrator access, including owner-level role management. |
Access groups and shared projects
Access groups share projects. Everyone in a group can use every current and future project in that group. Create a group (for example “Finance” or “Q4 launch”), add members, and their projects appear automatically.
Administrator project access
Owners and administrators can read and change all shared team projects in their organization, including projects added later. Members can use the shared projects available through their access groups. When an administrator becomes a member, their shared project access follows those group memberships. Personal private projects remain private.
Spending limits
Admins can set a spending limit for each person from the Team table. Once that person’s recorded spending for the period reaches the limit, Para stops taking their new assignments until the next period or until an admin raises it. Costs can update after work finishes, so a limit does not interrupt work already in progress. Admins see everyone’s spending and limits; members see only their own, on their row of the Team table and on Plan. The organization-wide monthly limit is part of the on-demand settings on Plan.
