Use a meeting transcript or your own notes to prepare a short follow-up: what was decided, who owes what, and what is still open. The aim is a draft you can check and send, not a full record of the meeting.
Give Para the meeting and a purpose
If Para recorded the meeting, name the meeting instead of attaching a transcript; see Meetings. Check owners and dates against the transcript. Where the meeting left an owner or date unclear, the draft should say so rather than assign one.
Organize it the way your team works
Review the revised draft. You may instead want it organized by workstream or by date; email Para what would make it useful to you. Once it works, ask Para to save the approach for your future meeting follow-ups and show the instructions. Keep the names and details of this meeting out of the reusable method.
Use it for the next meeting
Check that the new draft follows your structure without carrying over conclusions this meeting did not reach. Correct any drift and ask Para to update the saved method if the change should apply next time. Reuse does not schedule work by itself. For meetings Para records, an automation can run when the meeting ends; see Automations.
