Where each setting lives, your organization and account, time zone, passkeys, and who can change what.

Settings groups Para’s configuration by what it controls. Most pages are for owners and administrators; members can manage their own account, connections, plugins, and secrets.

PageWhat it holds

Organization settings

Admins can rename the organization and change its URL (para/your-name) from Settings. The name is visible to everyone with access.

Your account belongs to one organization. If another organization invites you, the invitation appears under Organization in General with a Switch button. See Team and access for what switching changes.

Time zone

Para uses your time zone for automations and next-step emails. It is detected from your browser; choose one under Time zone in General to set it yourself, and Para will not change it afterwards.

Sign-in and passkeys

Owners and administrators must use a passkey. Add one from Security. Changes such as Shared Para plugins, provider keys, and organization switches ask you to confirm with your passkey. If password sign-in is available for your account and you have forgotten your password, use Forgot password on the sign-in page.

Company sign-in

Setting up sign-in for your organization? See Enterprise for Microsoft Entra ID, Okta, domain verification, and requiring company SSO.
