Artifacts

Publish browser pages, share them with your organization, and keep a stable link to the latest work.

On this page

Ask Para to publish a dashboard, timeline, or status page as an artifact. Open Artifacts to view published pages and their versions. Every artifact opens in a viewer with a header above the page: the title menu lists versions, and Share manages access and copies links.

Sharing

New artifacts are private. In the viewer, choose Share and set General access to everyone in your organization so signed-in members can open the link; set it back to only you to revoke access. The Artifacts page offers the same controls. No anonymous sharing is available.

Versions and refreshes

The permanent artifact link always shows the latest publication. Choose a numbered version from the title menu, or as the Shared version before copying a link, to keep a link to that exact publication. Ask Para to refresh the same artifact on a schedule; each refresh creates a version and preserves its sharing state.

You can open a published artifact without starting another assignment. Links to source documents still require access to their projects. Deleting an artifact removes its published versions; it does not delete the documents in Projects.
