HOW IT WORKS

Start with a supplier review.

For a supplier review, ask Para to build a timeline from the records. Revise the report together, then use the same instructions for a weekly update.

Ask Para to review a set of records and prepare a timeline, report, or research memo. Open the result in the conversation to review it.

FAQ

Questions about Para

What can Para do?

Para can review documents, compare submissions, research questions, and draft reports. It can also create interactive timelines and overviews, or run assignments on a schedule. Give it the source material and explain the result you need.

Can Para reuse my instructions?

Yes. Ask Para to save an approach as a personal skill, then ask to see the instructions it saved. You can revise them in conversation. Administrators can publish team playbooks through Skills.

Where do our documents go?

Documents you send land on your Para’s Desk, and the ones you keep move to Personal. With the case.dev plugin, named projects add shared access that follows your organization’s team groups. Para saves generated documents before delivery, so you can return to a file independently of the conversation.

Can we use our own AI provider?

Enterprise organizations can use their own supported AI provider and credentials. Para does not silently switch to managed models if the selected provider fails. Contact us to discuss supported providers, usage, and your deployment requirements.

What should we discuss before an enterprise rollout?

Talk with us about your data, identity provider, team access, AI provider, and contractual requirements. Eligibility and agreements for regulated data, including a BAA where applicable, should be established before that data is introduced.

How do we get started?

Create an account and try a first assignment, or contact us to plan a team rollout. You can work on the web and connect supported email and chat channels. Microsoft Copilot is in preview and text-only; continue file work in Para or another supported channel.
